A healthy sandwich…

That heavy door, to get in, is reason enough to get a treatment. Once inside you go down the stairs into the basement, but when you are there the ladies from the reception welcome you. You are offered a fresh cup of coffee straight away and with the smell of fresh flowers you can enjoy the vast amount of magazines displayed on the table. Once you have sunken in one of grandfather’s old chairs, you see a smiling face coming towards you. A hand at a 45 degree angle, you stand up and know is has started; you answer the hand in an impossible angle and there it is decided to go to a treatment room. Marco’s room is on the first floor, 2 staircases up. It always surprises me how out of breath I am when I sit opposite of him (and I am not in bad shape)? There you are, his eyes looking at you like he already knows what you are going to say, so you start talking to him…endlessly if you have to. And that is exactly one of Marco’s added values, you tell all, out loud, honestly and sincere. Sometimes there is a question that makes you aware of whether it is all real, and this is how you become true to yourself and learn how to listen to yourself; everything playfully focused on improving yourself, which makes you achieve more. When he says: “Let’s see if that checks out”, the physical part of the hour starts; something you look forward to. It is Marco’s opinion that our body is capable of recovering itself for the most part, but sometimes it needs a hand. That hand? That is Marco! Hands like hydraulic grippers, a serious devoted look, very professional; the body is like an open book to him and he has known how to get rid of any complaint so far. Gezond Management gives real meaning to the saying “ feeling loose in your own skin”. Our body needs space to do well. So, with the necessary snapping, pulling, tearing and @$%*&%!! you get aligned and balanced. Just like a car, when you are done, you stand up straight, you can feel both feet on the carpet, and feel lighter. Although that is what you think until you pass a mirror. … an hour of Marco is over! Visibly relieved and with the biggest ease I get dressed. I get a slap on the back with a flat hand with which the master approves;

I have done good… Visibly content we walk down the stairs and with an extended hand at a 45- degree angle he asks with a big grin, “ time for a sandwich?”
