My name is Mike Klaassen, 22 years old, and one of the youngest master chefs in the Netherlands. In September I will move to San Francisco to work at restaurant The French Laundry led by Thomas Keller. This is one of the best 3-star restaurants in America and twice voted the best restaurant in the world.
Day and night I am busy with my profession, always looking for new possibilities and developments in the culinary world. I have been visiting Gezond Management in Bloemendaal for a few years now to stay in top shape.
